With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Law, Michele Haidar joins the partnership at Sperling Advogados. Recognized for her work on highly complex transactions involving multinational corporations and family-owned businesses, she reinforces the firm’s corporate practice—particularly in corporate transactions, foreign investment, corporate governance, and strategic advisory for both Brazilian and international companies.

Throughout her career, Michele has advised clients on entering, expanding, and reorganizing their operations in Brazil, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, foreign direct investment structuring, corporate governance, and compliance programs.

Michele has also developed a particularly strong relationship with Asian companies, notably Japanese conglomerates, advising on new investment structures and the incorporation of dozens of entities in Brazil. Her work spans every stage of business development—from initial feasibility studies and projects to formation, day-to-day operations, and corporate reorganizations—including strategic support to executive leadership teams and boards of directors in executing strategic initiatives and making high-level corporate decisions.
