Luisa has worked in medium and large law firms in São Paulo, advising national and foreign companies from various sectors on business negotiations, including corporate reorganizations, incorporation of companies in Brazil, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures in a wide range of market segments. She has knowledge of competition law. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as distribution agreements and product and service supply agreements, among others.
