Carolina has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, including corporate structuring, negotiation of complex agreements, due diligence and cross-border transactions. She also advises foreign companies with interests or investments in Brazil, including the adaptation of contractual and corporate structures to the Brazilian regulatory environment. 

She currently maintains an active practice between Brazil and Europe, contributing to the strengthening of the firm’s relationships with European clients and partners and supporting the development of the firm’s international practice.
