Experience
Thomas was a consulting and audit intern at Big Four. He was an associate and partner in medium and large firms in São Paulo and Frankfurt. With great practical sense, combining legal knowledge with business reality, he carried out numerous legal audits and advised clients of various sizes in merger and acquisition negotiations, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations in the most diverse market segments. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as distribution contracts, commercial representation, products and services supply, automotive sector contracts, real estate purchase and sale, construction contracts, leasing, build to suit, EPC contracts ( Engineering, Procurement and Construction), among others.
