Experience

Glauco has been active in corporate litigation since 2001, having worked at renowned medium and large law firms. He is a specialist in corporate reorganization and bankruptcy and participated in the Interministerial Commission created to improve the draft that resulted in the current Brazilian Bankruptcy Law (Law No. 11.101/2005). Glauco Has experience in litigation and arbitration involving highly complex business matters such as corporate litigation, intellectual property (especially patent infringement) and contractual infringementsHis experience also includes pre-litigation counseling activities in business matters. He is a university professor of commercial and economic law since 2008.
