• Basis date December 31^st, 2021: until March 31^st, 2022;
• Basis date March 31^st, 2022: until June 30^th, 2022;
• Basis date June 30^th, 2022: until September 30^th, 2022; and
• Basis date September 30^th, 2022: until December 31^st, 2022.

Who must only update its corporate profile with the Electronic Declaratory Registration (RDE) of Central Bank Information System?

Companies with foreign direct investment that, on December 31^st, 2021, had assets or net equity below the threshold of BRL 250 million.

What is the deadline for the update of the corporate profile?

March 31^st, 2022.

What are the penalties related to the declarations and update?

The absence or delay in submitting the declarations or carrying out the update, or the provision of false or incorrect information, may subject the declarant to the imposition of fine by the Central Bank of Brazil.
